Frequently Asked Questions
How does the Subscribe and Save Subscription work?
Subscribe and Save is a subscription offer that you may opt-in to receive monthly auto-refills on your active prescription. Subscribers receive FREE UPS Ground shipping and 10% off their initial order and all subsequent auto-refill orders. Auto-refills managed by a subscription are processed every 25 days.
Please note our shopping cart does not require you to opt in for auto-refills like our competitors. However, we provide additional savings for those who choose to do so.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel any active subscription by logging into your MangoRx account and clicking the Subscriptions tab from your account dashboard or by contacting support@mangorx.com.
How do I refill my prescription?
Refilling an active prescription is simple. Sign in to your MangoRx account and click “Request Refill” under the prescriptions tab, checkout, and our pharmacy partner will fulfill and ship your order.
I am out of refills, how do I get a new prescription?
To get a new prescription, sign in to your MangoRx account and select the treatment option you’d like to continue receiving, submit your updated health information, and upload your ID to check out – this is a security measure for all new prescriptions.
Once the order is placed, a licensed physician will review your chart, questionnaire, and medical history within 1-2 business days to determine if continued treatment is appropriate. If the physician needs more information and/or needs to schedule an appointment (determined by treatment and state), you will be contacted directly to schedule your appointment.
I’ve placed an order and have questions for the pharmacy, how do I contact them?
You may contact our partner pharmacy, by calling the number on your prescription bottle and/or through your MangoRx account on mangorx.com.
When will I meet with a physician?
Depending on your treatment option and state of residence, meeting with a licensed physician after placing an order may occur asynchronously or synchronously within 1-5 business days depending on availability.
How do I cancel my order?
Contact support@mangorx.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. Please note that once your order has been fulfilled and shipped by the pharmacy it cannot be canceled or returned.
Like all prescription medications governed by state and federal laws in addition to pharmacy regulation, we are unable to accept returns. Therefore, all sales are final once the pharmacy has fulfilled the order.
