What should be included in my blood panel?

For your blood panel to be accepted to be considered for Prime, it must include the following panels:

• FSH (Follicle-Stimulating Hormone) 
• LH (Luteinizing Hormone) 
• Total Testosterone 
• Free Testosterone (Free Androgen Calculation) 
• PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) 
• SHBG (Sex Hormone-Binding Globulin) 

Before you begin the medical questionnaire, please verify that your blood panel includes all of these components. Your bloodwork must contain these specific panels to facilitate the prescription process. Please note that failure to include these panels will result in rejection by the doctor (The doctor’s visit is a nonrefundable charge).
